JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
  • Relevant working experience in Big 4 CPA firm or MNC environment will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
  • Good time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • An independent team player with good self-initiative and willingness to learn
  • Good oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with different levels of people
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical, planning/organizing skills and attention to details
  • Proficiency of Microsoft office applications especially in Excel & Word.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the tax compliance matters and ensure adherence to local tax requirements for UPS businesses in Asia Pacific countries, excluding India and China.
  • Collaborate with finance team and external tax advisor on ensuring timeliness and accuracy of statutory filings.
  • Review and ensure that UPS transfer pricing policies are adhered to in the statutory filings.
  • Support and ensure the transfer pricing documentation prepared by Corporate/tax adviser comply with local requirements.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects/assignments
