Apple is looking for a marketing manager to develop and support marketing programmes for Apple Pay and Wallet. This role is responsible for working with issuing banks to drive consumer awareness and education of Apple Pay. The role is based in London at our Battersea Power Station office and is part of the Wallet, Payments and Commerce (WPC) EMEIA Team.
DESCRIPTION
Manage partner banks’ marketing relationships to drive consumer adoption and use of Apple Pay. Be aware of market dynamics and regulatory environment effecting payments and impact on customer experience and behaviour. Partner with regional and international teams to identify trends and insight and define marketing needs. Partner with Marcom to support the creative development, review and approval for issuer comms following Apple Guidelines.
- Experience delivering customer acquisition campaigns in a direct to consumer environment, ideally involving cards and payments.
- Experience leading partner marketing activities across different geographical territories.
- Expertise building business cases around market opportunities and partnerships - including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.
Exposure to working on a global brand, ideally in financial services or other relevant industryExperience of relationship management of partner marketing teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical capabilities to turn complex data into useful insights.
- Self-starting and self-directed with focus on results.
- English fluent and additional languages are desirable (specifically Arabic and/or French)
