DESCRIPTION/PROFILE
- Formulate and document the needs identified by business end-users to optimize their operations
- Define, document and test solutions in collaboration with technical teams (e.g. architects, infrastructure, developers, testers) and in collaboration with an external software product development partner.
- Proactive attitude, strong problem solving and hands-on, organized
- Good knowledge as a user of IT packages, including MS Office, Confluence, Jira, …
- Experience with Agile implementations
