JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Application Analyst Support to join our growing team.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST AND INTERNAL APPLICATION CONSULTANT
Jeld – Wen owns several brands across Europe & North America, this role is based in North of Denmark, were Jeld-Wen´s most known brand is Swedoor and is a leading Manufacturing company within door solutions.
With a focus on a commitment to excellence, we strive to deliver outstanding services and processes for Jeld-Wen and are dedicated to provide high level of support for our factories across Europe & North America.
We are therefore seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Application analyst & consultant to join our team and help shape and maintain our systems internally.
EXPERIENCES…
- Experiences from a similar IT Support role or general IT Background
- Solid communication and vendor management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Visionary thinking and the ability to anticipate and plan for future technology needs.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
EDUCATION / BACKGROUND….
- Knowledge of ITIL principles will be advantageous
- Experience from a similar role will be advantageous
- Understanding of software development methodologies, infrastructure, and cybersecurity will be advantageous
- A degree in IT or the equivalent vocational qualification
LANGUAGE SKILLS…
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken Danish, aswell as English

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE…
As a Business Systems Analyst and our internal consultant, you will be responsible for all activities around our applications portfolio for our 3 Danish locations and will be acting as the key link between external IT vendors and our internal business partners. With a strong focus on customer service you will together with our IT Operations team play a key part in delivering the best IT Service for our colleagues in Denmark.
The role will have a clear focus on managing and supporting our ERP-Landscape (IC2000 and XAL) and related applications in a strong partnership with our external long-term vendors. The role supports our internal application customers by resolving incidents and service-interruptions and manages vendor-developed changes to the applications.
The role will include both administrative, user-facing and technical job-function
- Manage IT Application budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain clear and open two ways communications between our internal business users and our external support vendors
- Function as a single point of contact for our internal and external partners
- Ownership of Change-management process for applications in Scope
- Resolving incidents and manage service-interruptions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Function as Control Owner performing regular (monthly) and bi-yearly IT General Controls for the applications in Scope
- Collaborate with leadership, business units, and other stakeholders to understand and address future technology needs.
- Participation in relevant and associated business and IT projects that involves our IT systems portfolio.
