As a senior member of our Nordic Software Engineering team, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene on high-risk complex deliveries and contribute to shape the strategic direction around application architecture.

What you’ll do

• Act as a Solution Architect to construct large-scale, complex solutions for clients (solution shaping, estimating, ensuring overall solution and contractual obligations are deliverable)
• Design cloud architecture and complete plans and specifications to develop solutions
• Design and develop Applications architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) and solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards
• Provide experienced leadership and technical direction influencing the successful delivery of client projects
• Take an active role in presales activities and planning
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members to influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned wor
