The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support and application expertise to customers in the semiconductor industry. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in atomic force microscopy (AFM) technology is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex instrumentation.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel within Europe (approximately 50% travel required).
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required; willingness to travel by car, train, or plane.

• Provide technical support and application expertise for AFM solutions in the semiconductor industry.
• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AFM systems at customer sites across Europe.
• Develop and optimise application-specific protocols, methodologies and recipes in collaboration with customers.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the use of AFM technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive product improvements.
