Job Description of Application Engineer:
- Assist the sales team in identifying optimal solutions during specification processes.
- Collaborate with the global engineering team to address product defects, issues, and technical inquiries.
- Evaluate and recommend engineering products to customers through selection, review, and proposal processes.
- Conduct on-site visits for technical troubleshooting and assessment purposes.
Communicate effectively with customers to elucidate problems and present viable solutions.Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
Requirement
- Diploma/ Degree in engineering field
- At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in handling Marine accounts
