In this role, you will be responsible for testing applications in the test facility, as well as serving as the focal point for technical support on all application-related questions.

Your task:

• Conduct thorough testing of applications within our test facility, ensuring precision and accuracy in all evaluations.
• Perform statistical analysis of test data, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making processes.
• Take charge of documenting testing procedures and results with precision and clarity, ensuring comprehensive reporting.
• Play a pivotal role in testing new equipment software releases, contributing to the enhancement of our technological capabilities.
• Serve as a go-to person for technical support, offering prompt assistance and guidance to address application-related inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Field Service Engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the application installation process.
• Establish yourself as a trusted expert in application-related matters, serving as a knowledgeable resource for internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good understanding of geology/mineralogy with capacity and drive to learn.
• Passion for quality and integrity in testing and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of engineering disciplines such as optics, electronics, mechanics, software is a plus.
• Ability to manage your time wisely and prioritize effectively.
• Appreciate and embrace cultural diversity, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and German will be an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor level degree in Geology, Metallurgy, or degree relevant to mining technology & minerals processing or another technical field or work experiences proven to be comparable.
