Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in semiconductor industry.
  • Experience of working in a client support role preferable.
  • Strong communication (in both English and Mandarin) and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, well organised and good problem solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
  • Ability to working towards strict deadlines.
  • Good planning skills in production materials, capacity and resources.
  • Result oriented and performance driven

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving support technical requests in a fast and professional manner.
  • Actively increasing knowledge about Pfeiffer Vacuum products and services as well as knowledge sharing and training of colleagues.
  • Failure Analysis Report – responsibility of identifying tracking issues and resolving.
  • Respond to support requests from clients and colleagues.
  • Keep support requester updated on the progress of resolving their support request.
  • Actively comment your work for each support query.
  • Ensure all support coming in on emails, phones and conversations is logged in the support system.
  • Feedback any important client information to Sales/Service Team and/or Market Management.
  • Proactively and reactively fix issues found as quickly as possible Professional Requirements.
