Application Infrastructure Engineer (Network)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 4 yrs experience in managing and supporting infrastructure projects
2. Preferred candidate with Government projects or operations experiences
3. Knowledgeable in Cloud, Server, Network, security and data centre hosting
4. Knowledge of best practices in IT industry
5. Good written and verbal communication skillset
6. Able to handle multi projects concurrently
7. Possess strong vendor management skillsets

1. Be part of the Application Infrastructure Services and Operation team to plan, develop, and support the infrastructure services for LAN/WAN Tech Refresh projects
2. Provide consultancy services to application team to design, plan and implement the infrastructure solution/architecture
3. Responsible for both day 1 & day 2 operations, 70% in BAU & 30% in project management
4. Maintains monthly report and provides regular updates to management
5. Demonstrated ability to complete projects delivery on-time, within scope and within budget
6. Able to manage Project Implementation issues and IT Security Risk management
7. Demonstrated ICT Incident Management Experience
8. Evaluate post mortem report for project completion with eye towards improvements for next project
