Your mission
In this position you focus on lifecycle management and operations development, as you take ownership of one of the capabilities within our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). One part of the capability you’re responsible for is product definition, and how to integrate it throughout the manufacturing process – for example how to create unique, individual markings on products and correct packing information on labels.
We’re on an exciting agile journey, and we constantly strive for improvements in our operations and new deliveries. Together with our stakeholders and a dedicated agile product team, you take an active part in the success of that journey. You network and cooperate cross-functionally with other Application Product Owners to ensure smoother and synchronized flows of information to increase stakeholder value. Through user insights and in collaboration with internal stakeholders you describe and prioritize the needs and how to fulfill them together with your team.
The location for this position is at our site in Sandviken, Sweden and allows for a hybrid work schedule where you can combine remote and office work.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a background of working with agile development and Scrum processes, specifically related to product information and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You have experience in stakeholder management and the skillset to build strong alignment across a large organization – and preferably also of informal leadership. It’s beneficial with a university degree within a relevant field. As we’re a global organization, you have excellent skills in both written and verbal English. Swedish skills are a plus.

With your curious mind, you enjoy exploring improvements and new ways of working, and as a natural and decisive leader, you also make them happen. With your good communication and stakeholder management skills, you support the organization regarding how we should prioritize and work forward.
