Responsibilities:
- Perform in house application test cut and on site customer support
- Process development support to customer
- Process customer claim for abrasive product
Provide expertise knowledge on blade / wheel technical supportCommunicate frequently with headquarters
Requirements:
- Competent in product knowledge
- Proficiency in Japanese language is compulsory
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronic or any other engineering disciplines
- 5 years relevant working experience in semiconductor industry
- Proficient in MS office
- Pro-active, people & team-oriented
