Responsibilities:

  • Showcasing the full capabilities of the product line, incl. its accessories, software, and solutions, by performing or assisting in FT-NMR BT spectrometer demonstrations (in house and virtual/ remote).
  • Generating comprehensible customer reports and presentation of results and analyses as required.
  • Creation of user documentation and training material and performing or assisting in customer training and support (in house and virtual/ remote) to familiarize customers with product usage.
  • Representation of the company and promotion of the FT-NMR BT portfolio at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and webinars, including preparation of presentations and posters as required.
  • Supporting Product Management with customer insights and product validation.
  • Transfer and optimization of existing (high field) NMR methods to low field.
  • Participating in the development of new methods. Collaboration on customer projects (publication opportunities exist).
  • Performing troubleshooting to maintain demo lab instruments in peak performing condition.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest knowledge applicable to high and low field NMR spectroscopy.
  • Collaborating with the global expansion team as well as other stakeholders (e.g. Product Managers, R&D, Sales)

Qualifications:

  • PhD in natural sciences, preferably chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering
  • Maintenance of a valid passport with flexibility for global travel
