Description:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Under indirect supervision, implement, maintain and provide support for non-clinical applications. Participate and assist in the analysis and assessment of individual and organizational application needs; coordinate, design, and/or deliver integration of applications. Coordinate and deliver support for new hires.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years’ general experience working with and supporting computer systems.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience directly related to developing, implementing and supporting non-clinical applications.
  • 2-3 years’ experience maintaining and supporting Microsoft SharePoint site(s).
  • Knowledge in the latest trends in the use of artificial intelligence.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to carry or lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Able to communicate, verbally and in writing with patients, vendors and/or co-workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and support non-clinical applications including the evaluation and selection of new applications.
  • Support and maintain EvaraNet intranet site(s).
  • Consult with leadership and departments to identify and implement solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to solve business problems and improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate application upgrades, maintenance, etc. with vendors and users to minimize business impact.
  • Deliver group and individual training and instruction covering new employee orientation and the use of computers and software.
  • Provide support via phone, email and ticket to users.
  • Support Information Technology department operations as assigned.
  • Provide assistance with audio and video technologies, graphic arts, etc. as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with regulatory agencies and established organizational policies and procedures, including strict adherence to all Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations.
