REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Master / PhD in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related disciplines
At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience of scientific equipment operation and troubleshooting as well as laboratory inventory management.
Team player with a great attitude
Willing to learn and involve actively in pre-sales market survey and business development.
Sense and interpersonal skills of customer relationship.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment.
Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.

To provide on-site user application supports
To assist sales personnel in terms of products knowledge and applications, from presales to the end of the cycle and after sales supports
Demonstrations
Technical discussions
Propose total solutions in relevant fields.
Applications training: Presentation on technology relevant to instrumentation prior to hands-on section
Hands-on training: Hardware and software
Troubleshooting
To hold user meetings, workshops, seminars to update products information.
To troubleshoot issues related to instruments, software, reagents and experiments.
To connect and integrate available or customize technologies to cater customers’ needs, take lead in scientific discussions, analyze their needs and match them with our offering products.
Support sales team in order to achieve growth target as a team.
Preparation of technical documents and reports.
Manage demo lab and ensure good laboratory practices: demo instruments, facilities and chemical inventory.
