Our client is a distinguished, multi-award winning software company specialising in the insurance industry. They are looking to expand and subsequently seeking a proactive Application Support Analyst to join their growing team.
As the Application Support Analyst, you’ll tackle diverse tasks such as bespoke application support and password resets along with general IT Support tasks across Windows Servers, Active Directory and Azure.
As you grow in the role and learn more about the bespoke application, you’ll delve into more specific work including application configurations, integration issues, and installations.
The Application Support Analyst will be provided with comprehensive training tailored to the clients industry-specific applications, typically taking just a few weeks.

What they are looking for in an Application Support Analyst:

  • Previous Application Support experience in a commercial setting, ideally at a 1st & 2nd line level
  • Utilising SQL
  • Any experience with scripting languages (PowerShell would be great)
  • Windows Server and Active directory Support experience

This is a great opportunity for a current Application Support Analyst or an IT Support Engineer with bespoke application exposure.
WFH Expectations: Initially, whilst learning the applications, you’ll be working closely with team members from the office in Central London. This will then move into Hybrid (almost fully) remote within a short period of time.
