Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users of applications under this portfolio (Such as, but not limited to, Sitefinity and CHAF). Respond to user enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
  • Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, including but not limited to configuration problems, integration challenges, data inconsistencies, and user access problems.
  • Customization and Configuration: Assist in the customization and configuration of applications to meet the Charter Hall’s needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to workflows, entities, forms, and views.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within applications. Perform data imports, exports, and maintenance tasks as needed. Monitor data quality and implement data cleansing strategies.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of application upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Work closely with the IT team and Vendors to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-sector teams to identify business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the above platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols, access controls, and user roles within applications to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in application technology. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to the ongoing improvement of all platforms under management.
