Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Application Support Analyst II works under the direction of the Application Support Team Lead and works directly with IT, key Business Partners, and departments across the company to support the operation, installation/configuration, and maintenance of technical and functional aspects of various applications while providing effective client relationship management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strongly Preferred Insurance industry experience, specifically in workers’ compensation claims and/or underwriting
- 3+ years of experience in an application support role
- Knowledge of transactional systems required
- Experience with vendor management and third-party application support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Solid understanding of application life cycle management
- Project management experience preferred
