Description:
Dynamic role supporting critical financial risk applications.
Responsibilities:
- Support users of regulatory reporting and trading applications.
- Monitor processes and infrastructure.
- Manage the resolution, tracking and documentation of incidents and requests.
- Communicate with users and other teams.
- Participate in Change Management / Release Management (CMRM) processes.
- Contribute to development projects within an agile team.
- Execute quality, non-regression and post-deployment tests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications, operations infrastructure, processes, and documentation.
- Conduct data analysis for our users or for improvement purposes.
Requirements:
3-5 years support analyst experience.
SQL - SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
Linux, Windows, Azure, Hadoop.
- Support / Ticketing tool.
- Scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Autosys or other scheduling tools.
- Development and deployment toolchains (GIT, Jenkins, XL-Deploy, etc.).
Nice to Have:
- ITIL knowledge / certification.
- Finance knowledge
- Knowledge in Programming (Python, Shell…).
