Description:

Dynamic role supporting critical financial risk applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support users of regulatory reporting and trading applications.
  • Monitor processes and infrastructure.
  • Manage the resolution, tracking and documentation of incidents and requests.
  • Communicate with users and other teams.
  • Participate in Change Management / Release Management (CMRM) processes.
  • Contribute to development projects within an agile team.
  • Execute quality, non-regression and post-deployment tests.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications, operations infrastructure, processes, and documentation.
  • Conduct data analysis for our users or for improvement purposes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years support analyst experience.

  • SQL - SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL.

  • Linux, Windows, Azure, Hadoop.

  • Support / Ticketing tool.
  • Scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Autosys or other scheduling tools.
  • Development and deployment toolchains (GIT, Jenkins, XL-Deploy, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • ITIL knowledge / certification.
  • Finance knowledge
  • Knowledge in Programming (Python, Shell…).
