Application Support Analyst

• Degree or diploma within and information technology
• Minimum 3 years of DBA experience in Microsoft SQL 2012,2014

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

• Collect application logs for troubleshooting /escalate issues to vendors
• Gereral Application Troubleshooting
• Implement operational database scripts as required by the vendor
• Manage application and OS scheduled tasks
• Manage Application incidents and document fix/workaround
• Manage application patching and outages in collaboration with the vendor
• Microsoft Server 2018 R2, 2012 and 2016 Support
• Monitor Authority /City Manager replication
• Monitor Authority /ECM document integration
• Monitor database backups
• Monitor rendering server service and disk utilization
• Monitor SQL database logs (size, events, disk)
• VMWare support and server creation
• Work with Helpdesk in troubleshooting user issues, remote connection issues

1. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree or diploma within and information technology related field with substantial experience working within a corporate environment and a multidisciplinary information technology team.
• Substantial experience in the implementation, development, maintenance and support of various enterprise applications.
• Minimum 3 years of DBA experience in Microsoft SQL 2012,2014 or later
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Crystal Report 11 or above
