Description:

  • IT Application Support
  • SQL Scripting
  • Able to do night support 2 - 3 times in a month

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support, analyze, investigate & manage daily application issues / incidents
  • System / Issue monitoring & tracking of resolution through incident management system
  • Perform query job
  • Work with cross functional teams for incident investigation and follow up
  • Perform application deployment, support post deployment and post maintenance verification activities
  • Perform project documentation, generate data statistics & report
  • Administration of application configuration, user account, and support audits activity

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of IT Operation, application support and end user management experience
  • Experienced in writing scripts using SQL
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to provide night support 2 - 3 times in a month (based on roster)
