Description:
- IT Application Support
- SQL Scripting
- Able to do night support 2 - 3 times in a month
Responsibilities
- Provide application support, analyze, investigate & manage daily application issues / incidents
- System / Issue monitoring & tracking of resolution through incident management system
- Perform query job
- Work with cross functional teams for incident investigation and follow up
- Perform application deployment, support post deployment and post maintenance verification activities
- Perform project documentation, generate data statistics & report
- Administration of application configuration, user account, and support audits activity
Requirements
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of IT Operation, application support and end user management experience
- Experienced in writing scripts using SQL
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to provide night support 2 - 3 times in a month (based on roster)
