Responsibilities:
The application support analyst provides maintenance and support services directly to users of the Supreme Court’s bespoke case management and online filing applications. These users include court staff, the judiciary, the legal profession, and other external users. The applications supported by the application support team are diverse in their technology platforms and use.
The day to day focus of the team of analysts typically includes:
- Investigation, analysis and resolution of issues raised by internal and users;
- Providing training for new users of the supported applications;
- Conducting analysis, configuration and testing of business changes;
- Performing testing of new application software releases and bug fixes;
- Identification and troubleshooting of new issues and bugs within the applications.
