Join EPAM as an Application Support Engineer (Cloud).
In this role, you’ll monitor and respond to system alerts, manage incoming communications, and work on both engineering and project tasks.
If you have a proven technical background in supporting/configuring Linux/Unix and Windows servers, experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, and excellent problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven technical background and experience in support/configuring of Linux/Unix and Windows servers
- Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure
- Thorough knowledge of one of scripting languages, preferably Bash
- Proficiency in scripting (Python)
- Experience in Linux command line
- At least basic knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, SLA/OLA
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Troubleshooting skills strong enough to be able to perform L2 investigation and deliver resolutions
- Familiarity with RDBMS
- Familiarity with SDLC lifecycle
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and responding to system alerts, troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Managing and responding to incoming emails, issue management, systems and group chat channels
- The role will include engineering and project work as well as working with BAU support tasks to resolve common issues depending on the candidate’s skillset and abilities
