Job Description
Role: Application Support Engineer.
Location: Atlanta GA (hybrid) from DAY 1
Job Description / Skills required:
- 6+ years of Software development/ Application support experence
- PCF/K8S knowledge
- Splunk, Grafana •
- Understanding of REST/ SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge on Tier 1 support (production issues and Non-Production issues)
- Hands-on coding with one of the open-source tools for Automation, Innovation.
- Able to quickly analyze and find the root cause of issues and suggest for a fix/improvement
- Contribute/ develop Java/Spring boot application, Slack BOT, Splunk dashboards, alerts as needed to improve the customer experience.
Desirable:
Telecom domain experience/ knowledge
- Experience in Order management/ Sterling suite
- Development Experience – Java, Python
Soft Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and out-of-box thinking
