Application Support Engineer
Job Description
Role: Application Support Engineer.
Location: Atlanta GA (hybrid) from DAY 1

Job Description / Skills required:

  • 6+ years of Software development/ Application support experence
  • PCF/K8S knowledge
  • Splunk, Grafana •
  • Understanding of REST/ SOAP APIs
  • Strong knowledge on Tier 1 support (production issues and Non-Production issues)
  • Hands-on coding with one of the open-source tools for Automation, Innovation.
  • Able to quickly analyze and find the root cause of issues and suggest for a fix/improvement
  • Contribute/ develop Java/Spring boot application, Slack BOT, Splunk dashboards, alerts as needed to improve the customer experience.

Desirable:

Telecom domain experience/ knowledge

  • Experience in Order management/ Sterling suite
  • Development Experience – Java, Python

Soft Skills

  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and out-of-box thinking
