APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST – LEVEL 2

Start Date: July 2024
Location: Iasi, Romania - We like to see your face 2-3 times a week in the office so your location should be close to Iasi.

When you join us, you’ll become an integral part of a team of 6 supportive and collaborative L2 and L3 Application folks.
You’ll have plenty of autonomy; you’ll be challenged and given lots of responsibility, you’ll learn a lot. You’re definitely not just a number for us!
For your onboarding, there will be a big chunk of training; you will shadow a buddy and after a few weeks you’ll progressively get more tasks.
Progression is there if you want it; it’s yours for the taking. The team and the department are constantly evolving and opportunities
Cosmin is the team lead; he manages the team by creating a culture of giving guidelines and allowing you to run with it and get on and make it your own.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • For us, your education is irrelevant, we’re looking for attitude first, the technical skills we can teach but if you already have them, well that’s just a bonus
  • If you’ve had a L1 role and looking for a step up, this will be a great role for you.
  • You’ll have good English as that’s the common language across the business, if you know any German or French(or Swedish!) it’s a plus!

Responsibilities:

You’ll work with our ticketing tool to investigate, assess and understand what the application issue is. You’ll dig into the impact it’s having on your client, you’ll be able to uncover if the issue is on our end or from the customer or even from one of our integration partners.
