WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

As an Application Support & Test Engineer, you will, together with your colleagues, manage the business application portfolio and are responsible for testing these applications to ensure their quality and reliability.

Your role includes:

• Providing daily support to users for problems or technical questions regarding the applications, actively seeking solutions, and serving as a technological helpdesk.
• Using active monitoring to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Accurately assessing and addressing the priorities of outstanding issues.
• Designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans.
• Developing test plans, cases, and scripts and executing them yourself.
• Utilizing automation tools and frameworks to improve and streamline test processes.
• Sharing valuable insights about the daily use of the applications with developers and analysts.
• Regularly conducting training sessions for end-users.
• Sharing responsibility for documentation.
