Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Application Technical Specialist is a key member that is responsible for supporting the implementation of Securiti.AI tool and providing ongoing support for the technology.
The role will work with vendor and Origin technical and business teams to connect to data sources within the Origin IT landscape, scan applications, troubleshoot issues and validate results.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the establishment of connectivity between systems and Securiti.AI in line with agreed scope post EIAR project completion.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues in collaboration with the vendor.
- Support the project to BAU transition of the EIAR.
- Collaborate with Origin teams on the implementation of the Enterprise Information Asset Register (EIAR).
- Provide technical implementation support to the EIAR project and any BAU activities related to the EIAR.
- Provide post-implementation support, respond to problems quickly and provide both short- and long-term resolutions.
- Provide end-user support including business data SME queries and requests.
- Understanding the EIAR requirements through interaction with the boarder project and business teams.
- Conduct required testing prior to deployment of EIAR to ensure the product meets requirements.
- Validating/analysing data scans undertaken by the Enterprise Information Asset Register.
- Work with Origin Technology teams, Business Unit data teams and Business Unit Information Management Owners to ensure compliance of data with the Information Management Directive.
