Responsibilities:
- Anwendungstechnische Unterstützung von Fachabteilungen und Kunden (z. B. Durchführung von Funktionstests, Behebungen von Störungen)
- Unterstützung im XLAB bei Kundenevents bzw. sonstigen Veranstaltungen
- Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen zur Optimierung und Qualitätssicherung von Verpackungsprozessen
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen
- Durchführung von Bemusterungen und Versuchen

- Unterweisen und Unterstützen von Maschinenbedienungen von Mitarbeitenden und Kunde
