Location: Reynoldsburg, Ohio
Position Type: 12 month contract
The analyst will gather business and compliance requirements, design solutions, configure the UKG Pro (Kronos) application and test solutions for the Stores Workforce Management project in key areas of the workstream. The workstream includes UKG payroll, timekeeping, leave and absence and attestation for a specialty retail environment.
Gathers, documents, and finalizes business and compliance requirements related to the implementation of timekeeping & related modules in a specialty retail environment.
Provides expert working knowledge of module configuration within the workstream functions and makes recommendations for design.
Configures and implements application modules according to approved requirements/design.
Tests UKG Pro application and integrations, and provides testing support to others, including business users.
Documents and defines integrations needed for business requirements.
Reviews release notes for impact to existing designs and works newfound functionality into designs.
Creates and maintains reports within UKG Pro platform.
Desired Knowledge
Understanding of workstream functions across North America including 51 USA states/territories and 13 Canadian provinces/territories.
Leave plan design and configuration expertise.
Timekeeping expertise in a specialty retail environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written/oral communication skills to work directly with business partners
