EL 1 - SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, APPLICATIONS DELIVERY

    The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Senior Business Analyst (EL 1) role in the Applications Delivery section of the Digital Branch.
    The Senior Business Analyst role is a key member of the Applications Delivery team, providing critical collection and interpretation of Library business area needs to help describe and design innovative and creative digital solutions.

Key activities of the role include:

  • Working with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions, as well as enhancing business systems and specifying new digital applications by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities.
  • Analyse and consolidate information to inform business cases to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Extracting data reports and review information to identify trends, system pain points and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Provide plain language advice and documentation on technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinating digital product design with representatives from our UI/UX, Development and Test Analyst teams.

Responsibilities:
