Description:

We are seeking skilled PeopleSoft HCM Technical/Functional Consultants with extensive experience in configuring and customizing Payroll, HR, and Time and Labour modules. The ideal candidates will also have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) and PeopleTools upgrades. This role requires candidates to be based in Canada.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM, focusing on Payroll, HR, and Time and Labour modules.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) and PeopleTools upgrades.
- Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft development tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in the country.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules, specifically Payroll, HR, and Time and Labour.
- Perform PeopleSoft application upgrades using PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) with Image updates.
- Conduct PeopleTools upgrades and ensure the system’s performance and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing functional and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft HCM modules. Provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
