Job Description & Requirements:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Smart400, Polisy Asia, and COBOL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Ensure software is developed in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Prior experience in insurance industry applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
