Description:
EDUC./EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer
- Engineering, or related field plus two (2) years’ post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Development Associate or related role.
- Experience must include Java, ALM, SpringBoot, Octane, Postman, OracleDB, MongoDB, Kafka, PINXT, AKANA and Kubernetes.
- Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic travel/relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, enhance, and implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives. Perform maintenance and provide technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions.
- Work in most phases of a project which may require reviewing the work of less experienced staff members.
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions and integration designs.
- Code, test, and debug new software or make enhancements to existing software.
- Participate in code review sessions to validate adherence to development standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Maximize the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs.
