NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A relevant training qualification or training experience in a Healthcare or IT environment.
  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
  • Previous experience within the health sector.
  • Experience of delivering IT systems training.
  • Ability to understand and support organisational requirements to ensure training needs are identified and effectively addressed.
  • Experience of using various forms of media to maintain training courses and documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, with excellent facilitation and customer service skills.
  • High level of planning and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of large information systems and workflows.
  • Previous experience working on or being involved in projects.
  • Technical understanding of IT systems.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment.
