Description:

We Are Hiring:

  • Department: Workforce Planning and Analytics
  • Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour day shift, Monday - Friday
  • Location: Remote

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to design robust analytic studies, including defining objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and determining appropriate sampling methodologies.
  • Ability to help oversee the identification and cleaning of key data elements, ensuring data quality and integrity for accurate statistical analysis.
  • Serves as a technical consultant and translates highly technical information to numerous audiences, including to executives, stakeholders, and less-experienced associates.
  • Develop and implement statistical models to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Competent in experimental design, descriptive and inferential statistics principles (e.g. linear regression, logistic regression, cox-proportional hazard regression,time-series analysis and other advanced modeling techniques)
  • In this position, you will utilize HR, Survey, Financial, and other data to provide useful and timely information in support of stakeholders.
  • Analyzing program effectiveness, performance management, and/or analytical studies and recommending improvements

What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

  • Advanced degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field preferred
  • Proficiency in one of more SQL database technologies
  • 3 or more years of coding experience in one or more of the following languages: R or Python
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with major statistical computing packages
