Responsibilities:

  • Vocational training as a a plastics and rubber technologist
  • Familiarize with production and maintenance departments
  • Actively work in the departments: Mixing plant, blank production, molding (machines), finishing, coating, quality control
  • Getting to know the interfaces to logistics and quality management
  • Programming and setting-up production machines
  • Participation in special projects such as “Trainees recruit trainees”

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of technical processes
  • If possible, vocational school in metal technology etc.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Accurate and thorough work
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and self-organized
  • Good manners and ability to work in a team as well as communication skills
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to new situations
  • Well groomed appearance and self-secure
