VODA Group is accepting applications from any age applicants for a Communication Apprenticeship.
Applicants with Data or Security background encouraged to apply.
Working hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, 38 Hours, with the office location based at Thebarton, SA 5031.

QUALIFICATIONS / LICENCES

• Driver’s Licence.
• Police check.
• White Card.
• Some intra-interstate travel may be required.
• Annual influenza vaccination
• Covid-19 Vaccination certificate with a minimum of 3 doses.

THE APPRENTICE INSTALLER WILL UNDERTAKE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• During early stages of the apprenticeship, watch and learn from supervisors and Tradesmen.
• Progressively accept responsibility for carrying out work performed in Installers/Technicians in relation to level of training.
• Make every effort to learn and attain the full range of skills required to become a skilled Installer/Technician.
• Attend off-the-job training provided by the appointed Registered Training Organisation (RTO) through day release or block release for the period required by the RTO.
• Achieve the competency standards set down by the Accreditation and Registration Council, administered by the RTO.
• Comply with Voda Communications’ safe working practices and procedures, and/or site-specific safety requirements.
