What you’ll be doing

STAGE ONE: GETTING TO KNOW YOU

We are curious as to how you think and respond in certain situations, your natural preferences, the way you navigate environments and how you interact with others.
To help us explore this, we will be asking you to complete a short questionnaire which looks at behaviours, preferences, and experiences in relation to different aspects of your working/professional life.

Responsibilities:

  • To remotely diagnose, repair & maintain CCTV in accordance with the relevant standards, and specific system specifications
  • Ensure all work is finished in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company standards and protocol
  • Adhere to and ensure industry best practice
  • To carry out all work in a safe and diligent manner
  • To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Assist in upholding excellent site security, at all times
  • Support with local stock keeping
  • Become a superuser of CCTV software packages and support others in its use
  • Excellent digital record keeping and filing
  • Producing clear, concise reports to colleagues & management, as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service, uphold company values and expected behaviours
  • Maintaining a good relationship with local personnel and internal staff
  • Ensuring Balfour Beatty’s Code of Conduct is thoroughly understood and adhered to
  • Report any observed unsafe acts, near misses and positive observations
  • Ensuring personal safety, safety of other personnel at all times
  • Stay up to date with relevant regulatory codes and standards
