Exploring the role…
As part of The Apprenticeship Community Australian Apprenticeships Support Services, you’ll spearhead business development, drive apprentice commencements, and exceed KPIs through stellar account management and support activities.

- Proactive go-getter who can self-manage to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks at hand
- Confidence working autonomously and drive to exceed KPIs and targets
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations
- Desire to work within a client service organisation
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with apprentices and employers
- Demonstrated business development or sales experience

Responsibilities:
- Promote traineeships and apprenticeships, securing commencement opportunities
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives, including school visits and other venues
- Foster relationships with employers, RTOs, and industry stakeholders
- Maximize business opportunities with existing clients
- Stay updated on policy changes and new initiatives
- Guide clients through sign-up processes and government forms
- Provide quality account management services
- Ensure precise system data entry
- Provide initial and ongoing support to Australian Apprentices including, facilitating face-to-face progress contacts
- Administer effective tests to assess individuals’ skill levels, identify gaps, and evaluate aptitude for various training paths and occupations
