Our Apprenticeship 2024 program is a program that places high potential students, like you, into our most impactful roles preparing you for future success. This course is aimed for individuals who are looking to start their career in International Financial Services.
Course Structure
This programme is structured over two academic calendar years. On-the-job modules are structured to run over the length of each academic year. Assessment of off-the-job modules comprises a combination of continuous assessment and exams. On-the-job assessment is via an ongoing electronic portfolio of work-based evidence that is submitted in year 1 and in year 2.

The programme offers you:

  • A structured learning and development programme, specific job-related trainings, professional development and soft skills trainings.
  • A buddy who can offer you their experience, knowledge and guidance throughout your internship.
  • Series of business-related presentations
  • Leadership Q&A sessions with Senior Management
  • Grow your professional network by joining an Employee Resource Group. Committees include the Professional Women’s Network, the Pride & Ally Network and the Professional Inclusion committee.

Program dates: August 2024 and August 2026
You must be available for the full duration of the program.
What you will be responsible for
You will join The Custody Client Service team. Custody is centered around the receipt, delivery, settlement and safekeeping of securities and cash for our clients. Custody Services acts as the central point of contact for all custody-related client inquiries.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum entry requirements are a grade H7/O6 or above in five leaving certificate (or equivalent) subjects. A minimum of grade O6 must be obtained in English. A minimum of grade O6 or a B2 or above in Foundation level must be obtained in Mathematics.
Holders of a QQI Level 5 Certificate in Business (or equivalent) or QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Business (or equivalent) can apply for entry onto the programme. Non-standard applications will be also considered on an individual basis. Applicants under 21 will be assessed based on Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
What happens next?
Our recruitment team in India will review your application. Applicants selected to move forward in the process will have a phone screen with the recruitment team. Applicants successful after the phone screen will be invited for a final round interview at our offices.
