ABOUT PEER
PEER is a not-for-profit industry-based Group Training Organisation (GTO) and an award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO), delivering nationally accredited training packages to meet South Australia’s skill development needs. As a GTO, PEER is the largest employer of apprentices within the building and construction industry in SA, with over 460 apprentices and trainees.
Responsibilities:
- General phone calls and email enquiries from Host Employers, apprentices and trainees
- Developing strong relationships and providing support on a range of enquiries, both internally and externally
- Upkeep of apprentice and trainee placement details in relevant systems and coordinating returns and movements of apprentices
- Monitoring and actioning apprentice and trainee licencing, clearance, and training applications and bookings
- Running reports from relevant systems and consolidating and interpreting the data
- Monitoring daily attendance activity and training progression for apprentices and trainees
- Accurate and timely note taking and database management
- General administrative duties
- Some out of hours work may be require
