Description:

Seeking experience executive assistant and administrative candidates, preferably with experience in the health sector.
Our client is looking to fill an APS 4 Executive Assistant/Administration Officer role for initaly 6 months on a non ongoing contract, with potential extension.
This role is full time and has a preference for being in the office.

The duties of an Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following;

  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Complex diary management;
  • Drafting correspondence;
  • Email and correspondence management;
  • Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, and minute taking as needed;
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior staff;
  • Coordinating travel, including bookings and managing itineraries;
  • Executive expense management;
  • Event coordination as required;
  • Active part of administration leadership team

  • Proven experience in providing high level executive support;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
