Description:
- Salary Range: $79,764 - $85,074 + Attractive Superannuation

The Claims Data and Enabling Services Coordination Branch sits in the Claim Process Improvement Division, and is focused on:
- Analyse claims data to provide an evidence base for operational decision making and developing strategies to support claims resourcing.
- Lead strategic projects designed to assist with responding to claims processing related recommendations arising from the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide.
The Claims and Workforce Reporting section provides business intelligence and data in relation to claims processing activities, enabling DVA to meet its reporting obligations and provide an evidence base for operational decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage requests for data, reports, and/or recruitment, including tracking and maintenance of team mailboxes.
- Transform data and build reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- In the context of data, reporting, and/or recruitment requests, engage with stakeholders, apply judgement and critical thinking skills to problem solve and contribute to appropriate solutions.
- Provide operational support and advice to colleagues, Team Leaders, and Assistant Directors.
- Contribute to business planning, evaluation, and reporting on organisational goals and objectives.
- Contribute to continuous business improvement in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Undertake ad hoc duties to assist with the management of data, reporting, and/or recruitment requests as required, in line with the APS4 work level standards.
