Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Work within a prestigious institution dedicated to commemorating Australia’s war history in Campbell ACT.
Rotate through various finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Cashier, Accounts Payable, Travel, Purchasing, and Asset Disposal.
Undertake day-to-day processing of finance matters under general direction, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Accounts Receivable tasks such as invoicing, debt recovery, and reconciliation.
- Manage Cashier duties including collection, reconciliation, and banking of funds.
- Process Accounts Payable invoices, assist with purchasing processes, and manage finance helpdesk queries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, process travel documents, and manage official passports and visas.
- Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and maintain asset disposal workflows.
- Manage system master data related to specific functions.
