    The Library is seeking an experienced person to fill an ongoing role of Coordinator Accounts at the APS 5 level in the Finance Section of the Corporate Branch.
    The Coordinator Accounts role works closely with the 2x APS 4 team members in coordinating the accurate and timely processing of the accounts receivable and payables.
    This role is also responsible for managing all aspects of the credit card function and provide support to the senior members of the finance team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating timely and responsive financial processing and management advice and services.
  • Undertaking all transactional processing tasks – process payment runs and overseas transactions.
  • Assisting with Trusts & Philanthropy donations monthly reconciliations.
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations, debtor & creditor reconciliation, and associated journals.

Responsibilities:
