Description:

  • Salary Range: $97,735 - $110,982 + Attractive Superannuation

    The Approved Accounts section is made up of approx. 60 staff responsible for payment of Rehabilitation and Compensation invoices across Veterans’ Entitlements Act, Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act. Our team is a well skilled and diverse team dedicated to continuous improvement and the provision of subject matter expertise, we rely on each other’s knowledge and strengths to ensure high quality and timely advice is provided and achieve customer focussed results.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Work with the other DVA business areas in order to maintain and improve client service as well as contribute to and implement change.
  • Provide advice and prepare written professional reports and presentations for management.
  • Respond to queries or escalated client enquiries via telephone, email, and/or in writing in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team on operational goals and strategic planning.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks within your area of expertise as required.
