OVERVIEW
Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Legal Support Officer to join their team at the APS4 level. Within this role you will be responsible for providing a range of specialist and general administrative support services to the legal practice.

Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office administration activities (including financial management, procurement, facilities management, property administration, and security administration).
- Case administration and court preparation activities.
- Business and digital litigation systems support.
- Court liaison and diary management.
- Executive support including secretariat services.
- Records management.
- Building rapport and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Responding to enquiries and providing accurate advice in a timely manner.
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior team members.
- Undertaking appropriate learning and development activities as required.
