OVERVIEW

Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Legal Support Officer to join their team at the APS4 level. Within this role you will be responsible for providing a range of specialist and general administrative support services to the legal practice.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Office administration activities (including financial management, procurement, facilities management, property administration, and security administration).
  • Case administration and court preparation activities.
  • Business and digital litigation systems support.
  • Court liaison and diary management.
  • Executive support including secretariat services.
  • Records management.
  • Building rapport and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • Responding to enquiries and providing accurate advice in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to senior team members.
  • Undertaking appropriate learning and development activities as required.
