Seeking a Customer IAM Associate Engineer to start within a geographically dispersed team for a small Agency

YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Customer IAM Associate Engineer you will be working in an entry-level role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, situated within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at the Agency. This position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions tailored to external users within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, focusing on user registration, authentication, and authorisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input into CIAM solution configurations and optimisations.
• Configure and manage CIAM features, such as user profiles, authentication methods, and access policies, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the troubleshooting of CIAM-related issues and provide resolution within agreed service levels.
