Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working within the dynamic Capability Support Branch, the primary focus of the role is to provide administrative support at the portfolio, program or project level with activities, such as document management and report generation. The role will also support the development, implementation and management of best practice portfolio, program and project management (P3M) practices in the agency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) in maintaining a suite of program and project management artefacts, including program management plans, risk and issues registers and program schedules.
  • Prepare clear and accurate monthly program management dashboard reports, highlighting project status, key delivery pressures, and strategic risks and issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a benefits management approach to enable the tracking, measurement and reporting of benefits from across the program.
  • Provide advice and guidance on best practice project and program management methodologies to key stakeholders.
  • Support project and program dependency tracking and management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in project management and portfolio governance.
