About the Opportunity
This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.
About the Team
The Strategic Change Branch is responsible for supporting and delivering the agencies change outcomesthat benefit of stakeholders. The branch works to provide a view of the whole of agency change priorities and supports.
The branch supports the Agency by deploying change management resources to drive implementation of priority initiatives. The branch designs change management activities to ensure effective implementation of prioritised initiatives based upon assessing the impacts of change on staff, partners and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing change impact and business change readiness assessments, transition to AU (business as usual) plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach.
  • Preparing, with guidance, change documentation, presentations, and data analysis, including edits and formatting to address audience and stakeholder requirements, such as for accessibility and senior executives.
  • Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Completing a range of diverse activities and tasks, as directed, related to planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation and evaluation of complex multi-disciplinary projects within the Agency and with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship (required).
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement or Change Management
